Because our shoes are handcrafted, we allow clients to make exchanges ONLY. Original shipping is not refundable. Coupon, the item of the week or sample sale items are final sales. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for special orders (this means special ordered fabrics, etc.). For returns of any damaged or wrongly sent items we will gladly reimburse your standard return shipping cost within 10 days of you receiving the item. Please include a copy of the shipping receipt with your return and we will reimburse you so upon receipt of the package. If there is no receipt shipping will not be refunded.
WE WILL NOT accept any returns for any reason after, 10 days of the Shipping date of receipt.
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you will have 10 DAYS to return an item for a store credit to use on future orders within 6 months there will be no cash refunds.
Please allow our shoemakers anywhere from two to six weeks to complete the order. Our normal turnaround time is 3 weeks. Once shipped, domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 5 days - 3 weeks.

Zevallos is not responsible for lost or damaged return goods, thus we highly recommend that you engage reliable courier companies that offer shipment tracking and insurance. We ship with USPS we do not purchase any extra insurance outside of whats offered with usps priority shipping.
