Returns & Exchanges


 

Because our shoes are handcrafted, we allow clients to make exchanges ONLY. Our shoes are made to order from raw materials from start to finish.  Original shipping is not refundable. Coupon, the item of the week or sample sale items are final sales. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for special orders (this means special ordered fabrics, etc.). For returns of any damaged or wrongly sent items we will gladly reimburse your standard return shipping cost within 10 days of you receiving the item. Please include a copy of the shipping receipt with your return and we will reimburse you so upon receipt of the package. If there is no receipt shipping will not be refunded. Due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online. Contact us for color samples if you need help selecting a finish.
WE WILL NOT accept any returns for any reason after, 10 days of the Shipping date of receipt.  If you are dissatisfied with an item, you will have 10 DAYS to return an item for a store credit to use on future orders within 6 months.
